RETURNS
All of our jewelry is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure the highest level of quality control. To keep our prices competitive, all jewelry sales are final and are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable under any circumstances.
If you experience any issues with your order please contact us directly – we’re committed to work with you to make it right.
Any package returned back to us for non acceptance upon delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways).THATS SO PRETTY strives to provide our customers with the best quality and selection of merchandise. We also strive to protect the health of our customers and staff; therefore we do not take returns and exchanges on these items.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEMS
We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse. In the case of wrong/defected items, please contact customer service via e-mail thatssoprettyjewelryshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims made after 24 hours for wrong/defective items will not be accepted.
THATS SO PRETTY is not liable for damages due to rough delivery, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In a case of a wrong item sent to you, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you!
